A 1027 mb high extends from 300 miles west of Point Conception into northern California. This will keep light northwest winds through the rest of the week. A weak frontal system will bring southerly winds to the far northern waters on Thursday. Another long-period swell will build Wednesday through Wednesday night before subsiding Thursday. $$
